Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom and all orders over £5.00 are sent via Recorded Mail using either Royal Mail or a Courier.
We use the following flat rates for shipping:
United Kingdom: £1.75
European Union: £6.50
Rest of the World: £7.50
For orders under £5.00 we also offer regular First Class or Airmail delivery. But note that there is no tracking on these orders and is done at your own risk.
We use the following rates for shipping:
United Kingdom: £0.80
European Union: £2.00
Rest of the World: £2.50
Please note that a signature maybe required on delivery
We will usually dispatch within 2 working days or sooner once payment has been cleared.
Returns
If you are dissastisfied by your purchase then we make a full refund of purchase price plus the original delivery charges. The refund amount will be made once item has been returned in the original state and checked by us no later than 14 days of receipt. The cost of return is to be paid by the buyer.
